AMT Custom Designs made the one in this video. I removed it after installation and then installed a bezel from RPFC5, which is still on my car. You can find them on EBay from RPFC5. AMT has their own website, and I think I put their link in the video description. I do have a separate video for the second bezel installation, plus a comparison between the two.

There are screws on the underside of the trim piece, then it unsnaps from the car.

I had to eventually replace the radiator due to the plastic tanks starting to weep coolant. I replaced it with a larger aluminum radiator and added water wetter also. It stays around the 200-205 range more, but if it sits long enough it will still creep to 225-230 for the fans to turn on. It does take a while to get used to it running hotter than expected.

Yes, it should have fluid whether CVT, automatic, or manual. If you can't find it from a local dealer, I know Amazon carries it. I'm not sure how to find it outside of the USA.

Can you add more adhesive and try to push it down further while it bonds together?

@@BasinMotorsports should use the same adhesive and should I apply it to the dash since it lifted the original hud bezel

Yes, it would. Or washing it. Some have made covers for washing the car with hood vents installed. I never drove this car in the rain and was cautious when washing it.

About 2 hours total. Figure about 1.5 hours to change the foam and upholstery and 30 minutes to pull the seat and later put it back in the Suburban.

I haven't gotten any farther than the idea and mockup. I wanted to find a separate bumper to cut up, but haven't found one cheap enough that I felt good about taking a saw to. I found another UA-cam channel (Tofu Auto Works) that did similar lighting on a Miata and I found a good controller in the US that can make the lights work as needed to meet DOT guidelines. It's still on my "want to do" list for the future.

@BasinMotorsports That's awesome! Always wanted to do it to my 2004 Mustang so very interested to see how it goes for you. Will look up Tofu Auto Works. If I may, what controller did you use to make it DOT legal?

@genericthiccgirl228 CorsoMotion has a controller that can be configured like I wanted for sequential lights, brake lights, etc.

The website doesn't specify either way (yes or no). It just says it works with silicate and non-silicate types.

It looks like you need to buy a license, keep paperwork after the raffle, and potentially pay taxes (both state and federal). I'd look at Bring A Trailer, Cars and Bids, eBay Motors, and other sites to see if any of those would be better for you. A local enthusiast to me down here in Oregon listed on Being A Trailer a couple months ago and did well. He had a Landcruiser with a GM swap (kind of similar to your CJ).

Patch adhesive is more jelly-like than this when I used it last. This stuff is like super glue. It's very liquid.

​@BasinMotorsports Thanks I ended up using 401 glue, it's on ebay for like $2/ bottle. Smells like superglue, and seems to be working perfectly. I would have thought something more flexible would be better as it's on the sidewall.

It was shorter than I expected, but fit OK when I tested it. I have since made another one out of black vinyl and Tartan piping at the seams. The new one is taller and sits just below the nut on the shaft.

This seat trick wasn't very well known, and Nissan didn't mention it very much. I hauled more than I probably should have with my Versa though.

I am enjoying it, but now that I'm getting more into composites and upholstery I have so many ideas for another Fox. Otherwise I've been staying busy. I'm done with the Corvette interior and composites for this round. I'm headed to a seat building class in 3 weeks to learn more techniques. I opened my own upholstery shop, so I'm working to document everything and get my business out there. It's a little stressful, but we're pushing forward. How are things out east?

@timweb1510 Sorry to hear about your health. I'm approaching 50 and I'm definitely slowing down every year. The "shop" is just my normal work space. I have one bay dedicated to customer work and the Corvette can sit in the other. I've spent time organizing tools and getting equipment up and running. I shadowed an upholsterer for a few months learning some basics, and this new class will add theory to further my work ability. He is planning to retire this year, so I am hoping to fill the void for our area. Stay safe out there!

Each door has two hinges at the front and a striker at the back. The rear of the truck cab is your reference point, and your passenger side should be what your target gaps between doors and panels should be. You should be able to loosen the rear door hinges and move it if needed (driver's side). Then adjust the front door, then last the fender. Follow the sequence outlined in the video and take into account any sag that occurs (video mentions this too).

I have the edges folded over to sew and the clamps are holding the material in place.

Have you taken the striker completely off and see how it fits?

@@BasinMotorsports yes. If I remove the striker I can push the door closed flush.

I would have to remove the black surround from the striker and make the existing hole oblong to push back any further. It’s odd. The passenger door is perfect
